TotalAV difficult to communicate with if issues. When logging out it doesn't. Screen looks active. Hope I'm getting good protection. Gets good reviews so have kept for another year.

I cannot keep TotalAV active. about weekly I have to delete the program and re-install it because it fails to complete "setting things up for you". I have to check it regularly to make sure it is working and too often it isn't.

A value add in the cyber community. The only change that I would suggest for improvement would be to ensure VPN connections do not periodically break.

Good and would have given 5 stars but still having problems with Windows 10 updates turning Defender and blocking TotalAv requiring a reinstall of TA.
