impossible to work with over email and live chat. continuously avoided questions to try and offer more services when I needed yes or no answers to simple questions. Whether or not the actual security is good I have no intention of renewing with a company that so blatantly disrespects their customers. It comes off very much as a scam.

TotalAV has surprised me in the applications speed of checking for Viruses, The add-ons are great and I specially like the Browser Cleaner, to delete those unwanted auth cookies. I still have one security issue that Total AV does not pick up, this is (believe it or not) a screen copy straight to a website which displays my screens to unscrupulous individuals. Unfortunately I have not managed to stop this yet. I am starting to believe that I have a camera in my eye or something! Don't worry it is not just Total AV that hasn't stopped this breach of privacy. Keep up the good work Total AV
